A funding scheme under the Innovation and Technology Fund that subsidises local companies on a 1:1 matching basis to train their staff in advanced technologies, especially those related to “New Industrialisation”.。

New Industrialisation and Technology Training Programme (NITTP)
- Based on the company, both employer and employees can apply (the employer must be salaried)
- The annual cap is $250,000 per company (based on the financial year)
- The government subsidizes 1/2, and the employer only needs to pay 1/2 of the tuition fee
- Apply for 1/2 funding in advance and get 50% of the fee reimbursed in advance
- Must enroll in courses recognized and approved by NITTP
- Must be a New Industrialisation related course
- No Exam and No homework
- There is no limit on the number of eligible trainees from each
company for each training course. - Each trainee is only eligible to participate in one NITTP course per financial year, and trainees
are not eligible to enrol in the same NITTP course more than once.
