CEF Overview

Continous Education Fund (CEF) is established by Hong Kong Government. It aim to encourage Hong Kong citizen who’s aged between 18 to 70 to learn continously.
Eligible persons can apply for CEF. Student can get 60-80% tution fee subsidy (Maximum sum of HK$ 20,000). So what is CEF? What is the application procedure? Let’s have a quick look!

Eligibility for CEF Subsidy

Interested applicants must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 to 70.

Attendence and Assessment

For attendance and assessment, participant is required to attend a minimum of 7 out of 10 classes and obtain at least 50% in the final examination for successfully completing the course.

Upon Completion of the course, please submit the CEF application form together with a copy of your HK Smart ID Card and if applicable one-way permit to the Office of the CEF (Units 07-11, 25/F., CDW Building, 388 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong).
